1. These resort promotions are limited to participants who are at least 25 years of age and gainfully employed with a minimum combined family income of $45,000. If married, both husband and wife must attend the resorts presentation.If you are a co-habitating couple, (living together but not married) proof of co-habitation is required.
2. Once your deposit is received, (a refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to guarantee accomodations) your request will be processed. A 30 day minimum is required for processing.
3. When your reservations are confirmed, a written confirmation will be sent including directions as well as check-in and check-out times along with a preset tour time.
4. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (drivers license, for the verification of age, and a major credit card or checkbook) must be presented at the hosting resort upon check in.
5. This vacation offer provides accommodations for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children(1 Room).
6. This offer does not include food, transportation, tips, taxes, telephone calls, or items of a personal nature. NO PETS!
7. All room accommodations are subject to the availability of the Hosting Resort.
8. Should you need to cancel your reservations, you must notify The Hosting Resort in writing or by phone at least 14 days prior to arrival date in order to refund your room guarantee deposit.
9. Should you need to reschedule your reservation date, (you may do this one time) you must allow at least 14 days notice to the Hosting resort.
10. This Vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law. Federal, State, or Local laws apply. VacationTyme Marketing assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. THIS OFFER IS NOT FOR RETAIL SALE.
11. While on vacation, you will be required to attend an exciting 90 minute sales presentation by the Host Resort in the hope that you will vacation with the Host Resort in the future.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction or concurrently with any other certificate (i.e. VacationTyme Marketing or any other certificate company).
13. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two or more families traveling together or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using VacationTyme Marketing certificates, regardless of where the certificate is obtained. This certificate is used for the purpose of promoting Vacation Ownerships.
