Step back into the past. !!!
As soon as you enter Colonial Williamsburg , the clock turns itself back over 200 years. Horse-drawn carriages clatter along cobblestone streets. Men in powdered wigs and ladies in bonnets greet you. You can actually enjoy many of the same gardens, visit the same shops and walk the very streets as did George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry. Continuous year-round activities and painstaking restoration make Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding historic areas of Jamestown and Yorktown one of the most unique and uplifting places to visit in America.
